Warm up and mobilise

15 minute emom:

1 - 3 push press

2 - 8 toes to bar / 12 strict leg raises

3 - 2 rope climbs

Wod - amrap:

0-3 minutes push press 50/35kg

3-4 minutes rest 

4-7 minutes power cleans 50/35kg

7-8 minutes rest

8-11 minutes bar over burpees
