Spilt jerk - technique and build to heavy.

Then push press 4 x 3 @ 75% of sj.

Wod - for time:

20 cals

20 pull ups

20 dumbbell snatch 22.5/15kg

20 box overs 36/30” (use your hands)

20 Atlas ball over shoulder 45/35kg
