6 strict pull ups

4 Turkish get-ups

Wod - 10 minutes:

2 Minute amrap calories ab/row

2 Minute amrap dumbbell snatch 22.5/15kg

2 Minute amrap pull-ups

2 Minute amrap push-ups 

30 seconds rest between rounds.
