Warm up and mobilise

EMOM 16 minutes:

Min 1 - 6 strict press (increasing weight)

Min 2 - 12 single leg dumbbell deadlifts (6 each leg)

Min 3 - 12 plate sit ups

Min 4 - rest

Wod - for time:

Dumbbell DT - 5 rounds:

12 Dumbbell deadlifts 

9 dumbbell hang cleans

6 dumbbell push press
