Fitness is for all ages! And our Kids and Teens classes offer the perfect combination of Fitness and Fun to inspire Health, Fitness and good habits!

With Coaches Ollie and James, classes are designed to be age specific, challenge specific levels of development and help all of our Kids and Teens to be part of a small group getting active!
​
45 minute Kids Classes on a Saturday to fit into your routine and keep our little athletes engaged and having fun whilst breaking into a sweat!

Our Teens classes builds on the development phases of of Teens to build strength, movement control and all round fitness whilst having a great time going through a challenging, coached workout!
CrossFit Teens:
Wednesday: 4pm
Saturday: 12:30pm
